Support for Parents and Caregivers of Children with Special Needs during the COVID-19 crisis

Monday April 27, 5:15 – 6:15 pm

Please join us for a webinar that will provide parents and caregivers with tools to help children with special needs cope during this COVID-19 crisis.  This session will be hosted by Pastor Jaime Polson, Dr. Jennifer Crossland (clinical psychologist), Lynne Terril (Special Education teacher for 37 years), and Lee Ann Williams (occupational therapist).  Topics to be discussed are maintaining some predictability and structure in routines with home school, adjusting to a new “normal” and expectations for parents and children alike, meeting children’s sensory needs, and coping with needs for self-regulation during a challenging time.  We have about 6 weeks left of the school year and we hope this will be a time of encouragement for parents and provide some news ideas to help parents through the end of the school year.

Registration is required. Please register using the link below.
