Youth Mission Trips
The Middle School youth have recently built houses for families in need in Mexico, served on farms and aided families in rural Yakima Washington, and traveled to Los Angeles to serve and interact with those experiencing urban poverty.
The High School youth travel to different locations with an international mission experience every four years. In the summer of 2008, they traveled to Miami to help with inner city mission work, in 2009 we traveled to Yakima, Washington, and in 2010 we went to Zimbabwe working with the Mother of Peace Orphanage to build a grain threshing facility and renovate preschool classrooms. Last year, we helped with the long term recovery that continues in New Orleans.
