Zimbabwe Mission

LOPC partners with Allen Temple AIDS Ministry and the Kapnek Trust to care for children and adults impacted by HIV/AIDS. 

Since 2008, several teams have traveled to Zimbabwe to distribute anti-retro viral medications to clinics in Zimbabwe, work at the Mother of Peace Orphanage, and help establish pre-schools with Kapnek Trust (led by Lafayette pediatrician Dr. Daniel Robbins). The trips have transformed the participants and, in turn, the LOPC congregation.
