Habitat for Humanity EastBay

Habitat is an ecumenical, non-profit organization that builds simple, decent and affordable homes for low-income people in need. Since its incorporation in 1990, the Mt. Diablo chapter of H for H (now merged with East Bay) has provided affordable housing for over 62 families in Contra Costa County.

LOPC work teams spend a day help to build at a local project site. Participants do hands-on construction, pound nails, paint, and complete other tasks under project supervision.
