Put Love Into Action This Holiday Season! Join us in supporting our mission partners through giving and service opportunities:

MCC Holiday Food Box Drive (click here for flyer) | November 16 – December 7 | Drop off at LOPC: This holiday season, help us support MCC’s goal of collecting 2,000 food boxes for families in need! We invite our congregation and the greater Lamorinda community to participate. Our Love Does team will be on the plaza on Sundays to assist with boxes and collection. Spread the word!

Drop off info:

• Monday through Fridays, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, in the Ministry Center
• Sundays, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, in the Ministry Center or on the Plaza
• **For large donations of 10+ boxes, please email Michelle Browning to make arrangements.

Hope Solutions Spirit of Giving Program / Giving Tree (click here for flyer): Beginning on November 20, our Giving Tree will appear in the CLC, adorned with ornaments listing gifts for children and families through Hope Solutions’ Spirit of Giving program. Pick an ornament, shop for your gift, and drop it off anytime before December 14, or bring it to our Cocoa and Cookies wrapping party. On December 17, we’ll deliver all the Giving Tree gifts to Hope Solutions and could use a few extra volunteers (or elves!) to help with transportation and delivery.

December 14, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Fellowship Hall, love does: Cocoa and Cookies: Join us for a joyful time to wrap and drop off Giving Tree gifts while enjoying cocoa, cookies, and community cheer – or just stop by to say Merry Christmas and learn how you can support our mission partners during this Christmas season!
