Reserving Church Facilities
Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church considers it a ministry and a privilege to make its facilities available to its many committee groups, as well as other local religious and community groups. The purpose of the event must support the overall mission of the church. LOPC is not available to any group or individual for fund-raising or business purposes; and all groups must be sponsored by a specific ministry. LOPC members and programs have priority in usage and scheduling of facilities.
For Memorial and Wedding Ceremonies
A church lay member is available to help with your reservation and ceremony details. Please call (925) 283-9990.
Insurance
The church assumes no liability for non-LOPC groups on the church premises; therefore a non-LOPC group must have insurance to cover the event and its participants. A Certificate of Insurance listing Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church as an 'Additional Insured' must be presented to the church office two weeks before the event.

Facilities Reservation and Work Order Requests
- Complete the Facilities Reservation and Work Order Request
Room assignments will be made by the Facilitiies Coordinator. Subsequent changes to room set-ups plans should be submitted using this same form.
- Confirm acceptance of your request
Most requests will be reviewed within three days. The church calendar will confirm acceptance of the event.
- Deliver Certificate of Insurance and use fees two weeks prior to event
