Big Family Sundays
Big Family Sundays are an opportunity for parents and children to spiritually recharge before starting the week of school and other obligations. We invite families of all types to attend this special Sunday evening focused on raising and supporting faithful families. The evening includes a casual family-friendly worship where children can wiggle and the music is lively. This is followed by a rotating schedule of family mission activities, parenting education and family social opportunities.
Sunday, March 25, 2012 4 PM Dinner 5 PM Madeline Levine: From Race to Nowhere to Path to Somewhere with Lamorinda school administrators and Dr. Dan Robbins
Life is best when we take the time to get to know each other and to connect with those around us, but none of this happens when we are racing and everything passes in a blur. When we weigh what is gained and what is lost, the 'race' always lets us down. Can you visualize stepping out of the race toward a more fulfilling path?
4 PM - Family Dinner. Food for purchase from a local vendor. 5 PM - Presentation and children's program
